Research interests
My research unpacks various consumption phenomena, particularly those linked to global challenges such as sustainability, EDI, and health & well-being.
My recent work is exploring the history of veganism through advertising, examining family dynamics when a family member becomes a vegan, studying human-animal interactions during consumption, and investigating gender inclusivity in action sports.
