Professor Zhang awarded Leverhulme Fellowship for research into Ancient Chinese politics

Professor Yongjin Zhang in the School of Sociology, Politics and International Studies has been awarded a Major Research Fellowship by the Leverhulme Trust.
The fellowship is for two years, with effect from 15 September 2015, and is entitled ‘International Relations in Ancient China - Ideas, Institutions and Law’. This is an interdisciplinary enquiry drawing upon Chinese political philosophy, history of ideas, ancient history and theories of international relations.
