September conference for Economics Network

The Bristol-based Economics Network will host its seventh ‘Developments in Economics Education’ conference on 5-6 September, at the University of Exeter.
The Economics Network, based at the University of Bristol, will host its seventh ‘Developments in Economics Education’ conference on 5-6 September, at the University of Exeter.

Events include keynote speeches by eminent economists John Kay and Paul Ormerod; a panel discussion on the future of the macroeconomics curriculum chaired by Bank of England Deputy Governor Charlie Bean; and a session reporting on the impact of the rise in tuition fees on economics’ student behaviour and expectations.
