Composed in 1930, The Canterbury Pilgrims is a colourful and exciting work which enjoyed enormous success for many years, but is now sadly neglected.
The performance will take place at the Victoria Rooms on Saturday 17 March with a distinguished team of soloists, supported by the University Symphony Orchestra. The conductor this year is Glyn Jenkins.
All staff and students are welcome to join – there are NO auditions.

You can enrol in advance at the Music Department's Study and Resource Centre (first floor, Victoria Rooms) during office hours (from Monday, 2nd October) – or just arrive early before the first rehearsal in the Auditorium, Victoria Rooms.
