Understanding good data management principles is crucial for their effective implementation. In this workshop, designed for non-PI researchers in chronobiology (including PhD students, postdocs, and technicians), you'll gain practical insights into Open Science, FAIR principles, and how to apply them to your research workflows.

Course Modules:

Over four half-day sessions, you will:

  • get an Introduction to Open Science and FAIR Principles
  • Explore IP, Licensing, and Openness
  • Learn about Handling (Meta)data in Excel
  • Master Electronic Lab Notebooks
  • Utilize Jupyter Notebooks for Reusable Analysis
  • Understand Public Repositories
  • Use BioDare for period analysis
  • Write Data Management Plan
