14th Mathematics in Life Sciences (MiLS) meeting: Advances in Theoretical and Computational Neuroscience

The meeting will bring together applied mathematicians and computational neuroscientists to promote the exchange of new experimental and theoretical results, create a roadmap for future developments and encourage new collaborations.

The three keynote speakers are:

  • Prof Rasmus Petersen (University of Manchester): Challenges to the ‘standard model’ of sensory-motor function from experiments on sensation in freely moving animals
  • Prof Yulia Timofeeva (University of Warwick): title TBC
  • Prof Mark van Rossum (University of Nottingham): Energy efficient learning with in neural networks

We solicit contributed talks and posters, especially from early career researchers and postgraduate students. If you are interested in giving a talk or poster, please send a title and abstract to Rachel Nicks by email or through the registration form.
