Spatial Transcriptomics webinar
online
Join us at this specially hosted virtual event for Researchers at the University of Bristol and discover how your peers are pushing the spatial revolution in biological research with the GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiler. Also hear about the NEW CosMxTM Spatial Molecular Imager for single cell imaging in morphologically intact FFPE tissue samples.
Spatial-omics is an expanding collection of methods to examine biological molecules in their geographical context. By retaining the precise location of transcripts or proteins within a tissue, spatial methods can further our understanding of mechanisms in health and disease, in areas including cancer biology, immunology, neuroscience and infectious diseases.
Programme:
- Introduction to Spatial Profiling with the GeoMx DSP and the Whole Transcriptome Atlas (WTA), by Dr Bryan Serrels, NanoString Technologies
- Sneak peek into the Spatial Molecular Imager that provides visualisation and quatification of RNA and protien at high-plex (1000 plex) with single cell and subcellular resolution in intact (FFPE/FF) tissue, by Dr Bryan Serrels, NanoString Technologies
- Live Q&A
