Hosted by the Centre for Health and Clinical Research (CHCR). CHCR brings together researchers working in the fields of long-term conditions, palliative and supportive care, and emergency care, to inform knowledge mobilisation across the lifespan.

The showcase conference will include a series of oral presentations from Centre members with each theme being represented. There will also be time for networking and poster viewing over lunch.
