Professor Oliver Johnson will talk about his work communicating the maths around Covid to the wider public and how mathematical tricks helped make sense of what was going on with hospital numbers and lateral flow tests. He will also share some thoughts about the activity of Public Engagement itself.
The talk will be followed by a drinks reception at the Fry Building, Woodland Road, BS8 1UG.
