Agency managers have the role of 'super users' in the Agent Portal. Super users can:

• Create, edit and deactivate agent accounts
• View linked applications
• View agency details.

Agent authorisation form

This form is to be completed by applicants to postgraduate programmes who wish to use the services of an official University of Bristol agent. It also includes our data protection statement.

Undergraduate applications

Linking undergraduate applications

Agents may need to complete a tagging form to inform us of undergraduate applicants they are supporting to apply to the University of Bristol. The form will link the agent with a submitted application.

If the applicant has used the agent's UCAS Apply Centre, the application will be automatically linked and you do not need to complete the form.

The form must be completed if:

• The applicant has applied directly
• The applicant has not used the agent's UCAS Apply Centre.
