A virtual event

We will be hosting the University of Bristol’s inaugural Festival of International Research and Partnerships. This month-long event will feature a wide range of contributions from across the University exhibiting, highlighting, and promoting international research collaborations, opportunities, and partnerships from across the University.

Different events within the Festival will be aimed at different audiences with different individual purposes. They will all be united, however, by a desire to communicate the University’s strengths to a global audience. This includes:

  • The quality of the teaching, facilities, and intellectual stimulation on offer to our international students.
  • The world-leading research taking place at the University of Bristol, and the value of collaborating with our distinguished community of scholars on innovative, interdisciplinary research.
  • The support, mentorship, and development opportunities available at the University of Bristol to grow the next generation of future research leaders.
  • Our commitment to being a global civic University, engaging with a wide range of organisations to positively impact on the world we share.

The overall aim of the Festival is therefore to share our legacy of global engagement and the quality of our offering to potential customers – including students, funders and industry – as well as strengthening our existing research partnerships and catalysing new ones through providing a platform to showcase the excellent research taking place at the University at all career stages from PGRs to world-leading Professors.
