Bioinformatics, AI and data mining

Across all our work, we provide core expertise in bioinformatics, software development, machine learning, artificial intelligence and the evaluation of drug targets.

Our partnership makes significant use of molecular technologies and novel phenotyping approaches to characterise cancer risk factors, disease progression and outcomes in a range of different studies. Analysing this wealth of high-dimensional data requires cutting edge data science tools and approaches.

Our work develops analytical tools and methods to support research projects across the programme, develop and disseminate open source and open access software tools, as well as support the open sharing of data and analytical tools.
