I am a third year PhD student in the Mathematics for Real-World Ssystems Centre for Doctoral Training and I am interested in infectious disease modelling and ecology. In the most general sense, I am interested in any sort of temporal variation in how a pathogen is transmitted. This can range from long-term climate change to short-term within-year seasonality.
