NBIC Showcase: Supporting collaboration for impact in biofilm research

Hosted by the National Biofilms Innovation Centre (NBIC) and Medlink Midlands

Delegates at this event will hear about the extensive opportunities offered by NBIC and Medilink Midlands to support collaboration between academia and industry in the area of biofilm research and innovation. Presentations and tours will provide an opportunity to see the state-of-the-art facilities available to characterise biofilms at the University of Nottingham or through NBIC partners.

A selection of projects that exemplify successful collaborations between academia and industry will be presented by experts in the field, and there will be the opportunity for delegates to pitch ideas for new collaborations. Networking will be facilitated over coffee and lunch breaks, during the tours and by interacting with allied support organisations who will be present.
