An online report launch from research that investigated the experiences of activists, people with Mpox, clinicians & policy makers to produce recommendations for future outbreaks, Knowing and Evidencing Mpox by the ESRC IPPO Mpox Research Project. The project explored community organising and information sharing among men who have sex with men (MSM) in relation to Monkeypox, including the influence of social media and underserved communities. The project uses primary qualitative research to identify lessons from the outbreak for future communication and produce relevant, evidence-based recommendations for policymakers.
