Using eRecruit for hiring managers
eRecruit is the University’s online recruitment system, used to manage vacancies from Staffing Request Form (SRF) approval through to the final offer.
Hiring manager access
As the designated hiring manager, you can log into eRecruit to view candidate applications.
Viewing applications as they are submitted can be helpful, especially for roles likely to attract a high volume of candidates. This allows you to monitor interest and begin assessing applicants ahead of the closing date.
While you can view applications, the Resourcing team will manage all system actions unless a local processing arrangement has been agreed with us.
