Foodwork: Racialized, Gendered and Classed Labours

Maud Perrier has co-authored with Elaine Swan (University of Sussex) an article in the latest issue of the Futures of Work Blog (Bristol University Press). In Foodwork: Racialized, Gendered and Classed Labours they argue that the current neglect of intersectional feminist food studies creates a significant lacuna in how we approach the future of food and work.
