The JGI supports events and activities of all kinds. Our events page advertise two types of event: ones led by us, and those that are within our remit but are organised by the community.

Beyond attending these events, you can get involved in this by:

1. Publicising your event. We can advertise events with a data-intensive research focus either within the University, to the wider Turing network, or to help you with targeting specific topics.
2. Seeking expertise. We are always happy to discuss connections around the University on specific expertise topics. Seeking expertise might be as simple as being pointed to the right person, but can lead to sandpits or larger events.
