Temple Quarter Enterprise Campus - Public Consultation Opens

23 June 2017

On 20th June, the University formally launched its first public consultation on plans for the new Temple Quarter Enterprise Campus. As well as providing an important opportunity for wide spread engagement in the University’s proposals for the new campus, this consultation will also form part of a process that will lead to the submission of an outline planning application to Bristol City Council in September.

Patrick Finch, Bursar and Director of Estates, commented:

'We have been working to produce a masterplan for the University’s new Temple Quarter Enterprise Campus for some months now. Reaching the stage where public consultation can commence is a real milestone for the project. Our aim is to establish a wide ranging set of views on our proposals from across the City, which will help to inform the detailed development of our proposals and our planning application.

The University aspires to a campus which will be a home for innovation and for digital technology. We also aim to build a campus with buildings and public spaces which are fully accessible to communities living across the City.'
