- Tension between formal assessment & mobile learning, leading to different learning strategies.
2. How is the time of the teacher better spent if the devices are used?
- “Busy time” vs. classroom as a place to process content
- Teacher becomes the ‘Guide on the Side’ rather than the ‘Sage on the Stage’.
- Peer – Peer Learning
- Teacher – Fear of losing control of class through “subversive” device.
- Need Paradigm Shift for teachers to ‘enable’ independent learners.
