What is the Patient Participation Group?

The Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a group of patients working with the Dental School to provide feedback, improving services and supporting both patient care and student development.

The Patient Participation Group (PPG) meet to discuss ways to improve patient care and the overall experience. Members share their feedback, suggest improvements, and collaborate with the dental educators, researchers, and students to help shape the Dental School's activities. The group's discussions cover a variety of topics from patient experience to the learning experience for students.

Meetings typically take place every six months, ensuring ongoing communication and opportunities for input. It's a great chance for patients to have a direct impact on the services they receive. 

Anyone who is a patient at the Bristol Dental School is welcome to join the Patient Participation Group. Whether you're a regular patient or a new patient, your feedback is valued. For more information, you can email bds-ppg@bristol.ac.uk.

Patient Satisfaction Survey

If you'd like to share your feedback, we'd love for you to take part in our Patient Satisfaction Survey. Your input helps us improve the care and service we provide. It's quick, easy and completely voluntary.

If we don't get something right

We are a clinical education and training environment and want to ensure you have a positive experience at our Dental School. However, we may not always get things right and we take all feedback seriously.
