First CUBeC Short Policy Report published

To coincide with the launch of the CUBeC website, the first CUBeC Short Policy report has been published.

The report, entitled ' Organisational Change Management: A rapid literature review (PDF, 191kB)' provides a succinct introduction to the vast evidence base on change management.
