Bristol Chemical Synthesis Syngenta Award 2021:

Abstract: The Bristol Chemical Synthesis (BCS) Syngenta Award Committee are delighted to announce that Professor Phil Baran will receive the 2021 BCS Syngenta award.
This award, generously supported by Syngenta, recognises leading researchers in chemistry and, as such, previous award winners include Professors Donna Blackmond, Paul A. Wender, Melanie S. Sanford, Abigail G. Doyle, Martin D. Burke, Robert H. Grubbs, Eric N. Jacobsen, and David W. C. MacMillan.
The 2021 award comprises an online lecture and an extended Q&A session where PhD researchers will get an opportunity to ask Prof. Baran about his chemistry, but also more general questions pertaining to his career in academia.
