EUCanImage Workshop: Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence in Multi-Country Cancer Imaging

Hosted by the European Association for Cancer Research

The Horizon 2020 EuCanImage project is building a highly secure, federated and large-scale cancer imaging platform with capabilities that greatly enhance Artificial intelligence (AI) in oncology. Major challenges arise from constructing the clinical use cases across multiple cohorts to implementing the infrastructure to facilitate data collection and analysis.

We will share our considerations for trustworthy AI in multi-country oncology imaging, both from a technical and clinical perspective. Additionally, you will gain experience in a hands-on session with both the EuCanImage data collection (25,000 patients with breast, colorectal and liver neoplasms) and the platform for your own studies. Participants will discuss potential use cases that can be built based on the EuCanImage collection and will be able to explore our breast cancer dataset. Participants will need to bring their own laptops to participate in this session.
