The Bristol Genomics Facility and Flow Cytometry Facility are together exploring the possibility of setting up a Single Cell Sequencing workflow, from cell sorting, library preparation, sequencing, up to data analysis.
Parse Biosciences offers an instrument-free single cell sequencing technology. They have been invited to come and present their technology at a lunch time seminar and Q&A. All interested in single cell sequencing are welcome to attend.
