Negative DNA supercoiling induces genome-wide Cas9 off-target activity

Hosted by the School of Biochemistry

Our team investigates the molecular mechanisms that regulate DNA/RNA metabolic processes involved in human diseases, such as cancer and neurodegeneration. To this aim, we develop and apply single-molecule approaches to image the structural dynamics of protein-nucleic acid complxes across scales (molecules to cells).
