Our Projects Team leads the delivery of building and infrastructure projects across the University – from large new developments to essential refurbishments and upgrades.
About the team
We work closely with colleagues across the University to make sure our spaces meet the needs of students, staff and research, both now and in the future. Whether it's creating new teaching facilities, improving building performance, or upgrading essential systems, we focus on delivering high-quality, sustainable and safe outcomes.
The team includes project managers, engineers, surveyors, architects and specialist officers. We bring technical expertise and practical experience to every stage of a project – from initial brief through to completion and handover.
We aim to:
- deliver safe, functional and future-proof buildings
- improve the condition and performance of our estate
- minimise disruption through careful planning and communication
- support wider University goals such as carbon reduction and accessibility.
