Property and Infrastructure
The Property and Infrastructure directorate manages the University’s physical estate to provide the right spaces for world-class education and research.
What we do
We are responsible for managing the physical estate of the University. Our work involves acquiring, leasing, and disposing of property to support our strategic aims. This ensures we have the right spaces, in the right places, to deliver world-class education and research.
We lead on all construction, refurbishment and maintenance projects that affect the fabric of our buildings, from large-scale capital programmes to everyday repairs. We also oversee the University’s approach to statutory compliance of our buildings, ensuring our estate is safe, sustainable, and fit for the future. Our work plays a key role in delivering the University’s vision for a world-class, high-performing and inclusive campus environment.
