Dann’s researchfocus on extreme climate, hazards, and impacts; especially related to health.In 2023 he won the RMetS Adrian Gill award for cross-disciplinary climate and health research.Dann was a review editor for the IPCC AR6 WG1 Chapter 3 and has been a contributing author for the IPCC AR5 (detection and attribution chapter) and Special Report on 1.5C (impacts chapter).
