We are excited to invite you to the EngBio ECR Symposium 2026: a one-day, cross-faculty symposium, bringing together Early Career Researchers working across the broad and rapidly growing field of Engineering Biology (EngBio) at the University of Bristol.
Delegates will be provided with breakfast, lunch and evening BBQ, drinks, and ice-creams!
This symposium will provide a relaxed and engaging environment to showcase our research, exchange ideas, and build new collaborations across faculties working towards the EngBio Grand Challenge.

The symposium aims to foster new interdisciplinary connections between researchers from diverse backgrounds, including the biomedical sciences, life sciences, medicine, molecular and cellular biology, physics, chemistry, and engineering disciplines; such as civil, aerospace, design, and mechanical engineering.
