Who can be nominated?
An individuals in a professional services or technical team – non-teaching staff only. They might provide support for teaching and learning or provide pastoral support. Professional services staff and teams are those who provide non-teaching services that support you and your academic or personal development. Examples of these teams include but are not limited to campus division staff, print services, residential service teams, the accommodation office, the admissions team, Bristol Institute for Learning and Teaching, Careers Team, Disability Services, Student Wellbeing and Counselling Team, Student Finance, Student Health Services etc.
You can nominate someone who:
- Enables excellent teaching, learning or student support
- Is approachable and offers high quality advice and guidance
- Helps you feel supported and encouraged to succeed in your studies or personal development
- Contributes to an inclusive and adaptable learning environment whether in person or online
