Meat Science and Technology

The MSc in Meat Science and Technology is a well-established course which is unique in the UK, highly regarded by the meat industry and attracts students from around the world.

The programme is based at the University of Bristol Langford site; a self-contained campus located about 15 miles to the south west of Bristol.

The programme consists of a series of modules and an in-depth research project. The modular structure allows the course to be taken on a full-time, part-time and distance learning basis.
