This large converted Victorian house is home to a maximum 14 students – 8 in double rooms.
There is a central staircase that runs up the house with rooms spread over 3 floors. Rooms vary in shape. Some retain original features, whilst others have large sash windows, or sloping roofs. There is a laundry in the basement and a large garden at the rear.
The Redland area is very popular not only with students, but also families. It consists largely of residential streets, with the odd convenience store, and neighbourhood pub. The bulk of shops and services are found on the busy Whiteladies road and Gloucester road that run at either side of the area. You can easily walk to either of these streets within 10 minutes.
There is a regular bus service that will take you to the University, the city centre, and the bus and train station.
