This purpose built house is comprised of 2 buildings which house a maximum of 123 residents – with 30 in double rooms.

The development is 14 years old.  The main building holds 17 flats which run in regular corridors on 4  floors.  In the annexe there are 5 flats over 3 floors.  The flats range from 4 – 8 people who share kitchen and bathrooms.

The house is just off the busy Gloucester Road, one of the main roads running through the city.  You can hop on a bus at any time of day which will take you down to Broadmead, the main city centre shopping area, to the train or bus station, or take a bus north out of the city to one of the out of town retail parks.

You will find a vast eclectic mix of shops on the Gloucester Road, which cater for every need.  Supermarkets, organic and Asian independent food shops, banks, and chemists.  There are loads of eateries and bars to choose from.

This area of Bristol is very popular with students both at Bristol and UWE students so you will not feel isolated!
