New for 2011/1233 Colston Street will be the newest accommodation available this summer. The house is ideally located close to the City Centre, the Harbourside and within easy walking distance of the University.
The building is newly acquired by the University and is currently undergoing a £5 million refurbishment.
From September it will accommodate 121 first year undergraduates in large cluster flats, each sharing a large kitchen/diner. There will be 100 en-suite rooms and a further 21 standard rooms. There is a large communal area for the residents to use. The resident will be supported a team of 3 senior residents.
Prices will begin at £99.00/week.
