33 Colston Street is ideally located close to the City Centre, the Harbourside and within easy walking distance of the University.
The building was newly acquired by the University last year and has undergone a £5 million refurbishment.
It accommodates 121 first year undergraduates in large cluster flats, each sharing a large kitchen/diner. There are 100 en-suite rooms and a further 21 standard rooms. There is a large communal area for the residents to use. The residents are supported by a team of 3 senior residents.
