Sunday 2 October between 2 pm - 6 pm
If arriving outside of these hours, but, on those days, please contact the Senior Resident to let them know, as they may need to make special arrangements for collection of keys.
Early arrivals - If arriving in Bristol before Saturday 1 October you will have to book alternative accommodation.
Here is a list of locals hotels and guest houses.
You will then be able to move into your house from 10 am on Saturday 1 October.
Late arrivals - If arriving in Bristol after Sunday 2 October please email student-houses@bris.ac.uk in advance to notify them of your expected arrival date.
International Students - There is a meet and greet service organised by the International Office to assist newly arriving international students to the UK.

When you arrive in Bristol, make your way to your Student House. Keys can be picked up at the house during the arrival times.
The Senior Residents will be there at the house to meet you, give you your keys, and show you how to get to your room.
There will also be a team of Orbital reps on hand to help with luggage, answer any questions and to help you settle in and tell you about the events lined up for the weekend, and Fresher's week.
