There are four 1 bedroom flats suitable for a couple or a couple with a baby, and a larger 2 bedroom flat on the top floor suitable for a family in each house. This is a whole house with three bedrooms and a small garden area to the rear, suitable for a family with older children.

No 53 is a large Georgian house converted into three 1 bedroom flats. They have a shared entrance and staircase. The flats are suitable for couples or a family with a young child. All flats have either a kitchen/diner or a separate kitchen, and a bathroom or shower and toilet
This is a large 2 bedroom flat on the first floor in a block of staff accommodation. There is a kitchen/diner, a living room, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin.

Osborne Villas is a terrace of Victorian houses in the heart of the University precinct. Almost all are owned by the University and let as staff or student accommodation. There are a mix of one and two bedroom flats and maisonettes. They all have a separate kitchen and dining area, and a bathroom or shower and toilet. Some have a shared entrance hall.
Washing machines - Some of the flats are equipped with plumbing for washing machines, but they are not supplied. It is possible to rent them. There is also a laundrette in the nearby Hawthorns, which is for general use.
Child Safety Equipment - The Student Houses Office has a small stock of stair gates and cots. Please notify us in advance if you would like one supplied. We do not offer cot bedding.
The flats are well located for almost all University departments, the sports centre, the libraries, computing facilities and the refectory.
All the flats are situated within easy walking distance of shops on St Michaels Hill, Queens Road, Park Street and Whiteladies Road. There are two small supermarkets nearby and a larger supermarket a short walk up Whiteladies Road. There are schools, grocers, bakers, stationers, and clothes shops all in the same area. A regular bus service from the Hawthorns runs to the train and bus stations and the City Centre.
