Welcome to Student Houses

The Student Houses form an integral part of the University of Bristol residences.  The Student Houses Office is responsible for over 700 self-catering places, and forms the largest block of University-owned accommodation.

The office is responsible for:

• 17 undergraduate Student Houses
• 28 couple and family flats

Life in a Student House provides an alternative to the more traditional "hall" environment, offering greater independence within a less formal structure.  All residents are fully supported by the team of Senior Residents and the Student Houses Office.

During the summer vacation the houses offer affordable accommodation to visitors from around the world.
