If you are struggling with anxiety, depression or other mental health difficulties, your doctor can help. They will listen and discuss what support is available and appropriate for you. Register with a doctor as soon as possible.

Big White Wall
Big White Wall helps you get support, take control and feel better when you are anxious, low or not coping. It is free to all University of Bristol students, available 24/7 and anonymous.
