Healthy Minds

information about the healthy minds scheme

Are you affected by low mood, mild to moderate anxiety or depression, social anxiety, low self-esteem or social isolation?

Healthy Minds is a three month Body-Mind activity programme for students of the University of Bristol, supported by the Centre for Sport Exercise and Health, the Student Counselling Service and the Students’ Health Service.

Its purpose is to help you feel better, physically and mentally – using exercise and a personally tailored psychological self help programme to improve mood.

You will be given a special three month premium membership gym pass, access to a variety of classes, and your own Drop in Counsellor and Activity Mentor.

For further information about the scheme take a look at the Healthy Minds Flyer (PDF, 169kB).

To sign up for the scheme, please come along to a Talk and Plan (TAP) session.
