Our Swagota Basak Memorial Library has a range of self-help material including leaflets, Books (PDF, 233kB) and CDs on various aspects of mental health and wellbeing. These are available to borrow or to sit and read in a quiet, comfortable space.
There are two computers where you can access online materials and some useful handouts and CDs to take away.
How do I use the library?
Any University of Bristol student can use the library without appointment between 9 am and 4 pm Monday to Friday.
The library is in the main reception of the Counselling Service, on the third floor of Hampton House.
