We are always keen to receive feedback so that we can improve the student counselling service. You can provide feedback by:

Feedback form

We aim to ask all students who have come to see us to fill out a feedback form. This is an anonymous questionnaire that can be completed on paper or online.

We use the feedback to reflect on our work and to plan future services.

Advisory group

Our student enhancement advisory group (SEAG) is a forum for students, staff and local stakeholders to have their say about current and future services. Please email if you would like to get involved.

Members do not need to have any specialist knowledge of mental health or counselling just an interest in improving the mental wellbeing of students.

Group members are welcome to provide feedback throughout the year and attend a face-to-face meeting once a year.

I was very pleased that the sessions were practical as well as a place where I felt free to emote.
