Learn to relax - skills for feeling better and managing your state of mind

This session will introduce you to some simple techniques to feel more relaxed, and to become more in control of your thoughts. Using aspects of mindfulness and self-hypnosis, it will offer you a space and opportunity to be more of what you want to be, more of the time.
