Project managers forum
The main purpose of the Project Managers Forum is to provide an opportunity for the University’s programme, project and change managers to meet on a regular basis, share best practice and ideas in the application of standard University methodologies and provide mutual support in the project and change work being undertaken.
Objectives
- To share the challenges we face with regards to programme, project and change management and look at ways in which we might overcome them.
- To more closely integrate the activities of the programme and project management activities with the change support team.
- To share best practice and ensure common methodologies are employed on the programme and projects at the University.
- To better understand the concept of change management and what it means to us individually and in relation to our projects.
- Communicate issues and influence the Programme Executive.
