Leadership development programmes 2021-2022
Leaders play a pivotal role in influencing the environment and the dynamics that individuals and teams work within. Now more than ever, we need leaders to be compassionate, strive to understand the challenges of their teams, and respond in ways that promote inclusion.
What can you expect from the programme structure?
The leadership development programmes are run using a blended learning model with sessions being facilitated both face-to-face and online (government guidelines allowing). As well as being of a high quality, they will be cost effective and time efficient.
What we want our leadership development offer to enable
Integral to sustaining leadership is structured support, a safe place to share learning with peers and an opportunity to consider new ways and approaches.
Leadership development programmes
The three leadership programmes will focus on different aspects of leadership and will be open to all Academic and Professional Service staff. They will run alongside each other and share three plenary sessions which will cover leadership topics that are key to everyone and will be led by an external speaker. The programmes will run February - July 2022, programme dates will be announced when applications open on 15th September.
