ILM Level 5 Award in Leadership

Our level five and level three awards in leadership and management are being developed during 2012/13 in conjunction with partners at Human Resource Development Bristol and the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).  They are not simply 'off the shelf' products but are being created through extensive consultation around the skills needed to be a great leader and manager at the University of Bristol now and in the future. Both programmes represent our ongoing commitment to the importance of high quality leadership skills as part of our HR Strategy.

Both programmes will be rolled out more extensively once a full evaluation of impact has taken place.

 

The Level 5 qualifications in management are designed for practicing middle managers who wish to develop their core management skills and practices. These qualifications focus on the personal development of the individual learner's management capabilities and competencies.
