The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team is responsible for delivering a range of communications between the University and its prospective students. The team manages the communications from initial enquiry level, through the application and offer process, culminating in the enrolment stage.

Responsible for both undergraduate and postgraduate levels of study, we work with the Admissions team and across faculties and schools to develop a core communications plan designed to provide a good customer experience for users. We aim to offer support throughout the student journey and offer relevant information at each stage.

The communications mainly consist of emails and the VIP portal - a website specifically for prospective students. The team also oversees the distribution of both undergraduate and postrgraduate prospectuses.
