Due to the parking and traffic issues around the precinct it is recommended that visitors take advantage of the advice given by the University on alternative means of transport.  The Science Faculty office is easily accessible by bus, bike or on foot.

Opening hours: from 9am until 5pm each weekday (closed from 1pm to 2pm during vacation).

Please note that the office will be closed for meetings at the following times during the Spring and Summer terms in 2012:

Students will find that a majority of their queries and problems can be dealt with at departmental level, or by their personal tutor or supervisor.

Students should come to the Faculty office for the following:
  • to obtain letters confirming student status (a request form is available on our transcripts page)
  • to obtain final official academic transcripts (please visit our transcripts page for further details)
  • to obtain advice on regulations, procedures, appeals etc
  • any other postgraduate or undergraduate enquiries
  • to seek an appointment with the Dean, Dean of Graduate Studies, Dean of Undergraduate Studies or Faculty Education Manager (e.g. for student appeals)
  • the Faculty Office also processes postgraduate admission applications
