The Resource Managers Group has established a sub-group to look at the area of performance management. Its aims are:
A successful workshop on the concept and challenges of performance management at Bristol has already been held as part of a Resource Managers Away Day and the sub-group intends to do further work on staff review, developing high achievers and supporting under achievers over the next while.
