Travelling to and around Bristol

Travel by Air

Bristol has a large international airport, with operators flying into Bristol from multiple destinations. At the airport, the Airport Flyer Express bus service provides travel services into Bristol City Centre.

The A1 service at peak times operates every 10 minutes to key locations including Wapping Wharf and the MShed where the course will be taking place. It then goes on to the city centre which is the most convenient stop for the local hotels.

It only takes 30 minutes to reach the city centre. The Airport Flyer bus (A1) ticket also includes a connecting single journey within Bristol Inner Zone on any First Bus.

Tickets for travel on the Flyer can be booked in advance online on Bristol Airport’s website or by using the Fast Ticket machine at the airport.

More information available here.

Taxis are also available at the airport, further details of which can be found here.

There is also a taxi rank.

Travel by Coach
